Welcome Party & Pre-Wedding Drinks | From £450 | Up to four hours of on-site coordination.
Includes supplier arrivals, drinks reception timings, guest flow and venue logistics.
Rehearsal Dinner & Private Dining | From £550 | Up to five hours of on-site coordination.
Includes coordination of catering and supplier timings, seating arrangements, speeches and the smooth running of the evening.
Post-Wedding Brunch & Farewell Celebration | From £400 | Up to three hours of on-site coordination.
Includes guest arrivals, catering timings, venue setup and oversight of the event.
Additional Reception or Wedding Celebration | From £650 | Up to six hours of on-site coordination for an additional celebration.
Includes event timings, supplier liaison, setup oversight and coordination of the occasion.

For couples who need more than on-the-day coordination, this service can include planning support, budget guidance, supplier recommendations, logistics and event coordination.
The final fee depends on the event’s scale, complexity and level of support required.
