Leading up to the day
• Pre wedding logistics call (via Teams or Zoom)
• Review of all suppliers, timings, and arrangements
• Creation or refinement of a tailored wedding running order (if not already completed)
• Final confirmation of logistics with venue and suppliers
On the day
• Dedicated Event Manager overseeing your wedding day
• Full set up and styling oversight
• Checking deliveries and managing supplier arrivals
• Table setting coordination and layout checks
• Ceremony coordination (music cues, entrances, dress support, timings)
• Guest flow and supplier management throughout the day
• Venue turnaround management between key moments
• Discreet issue resolution and troubleshooting (without disruption)
• Timeline management from start to key evening moments
• On site support through to cake cut and first dance (typically 9 to 9.30pm)

On Site Wedding Breakdown
Ending your wedding with the same care it began with. When the celebration is over, the logistics begin, but not for you. This service ensures everything is professionally managed once your wedding concludes, so you, your family, and your guests can simply leave and enjoy the aftermath without stress.

• Return to venue post celebration for full breakdown coordination
• Supervision of all décor, furniture, and hire item removal
• Coordination of supplier collections (florists, caterers, entertainment, hire companies)
• Ensuring venue is returned to original condition
• Compliance with venue requirements and timings
• Efficient, respectful handling of all logistics and final pack down
Everything is cleared, checked, and closed down properly, nothing overlooked.
Typically on site: 9am to 12 noon
