Bringing your vision to life exactly as planned. Your setup day is where everything becomes real. This service ensures your venue is styled, arranged, and executed exactly as you envisioned, down to the smallest detail. Before the wedding, we begin with a dedicated Teams call to understand your plans in depth. This allows us to capture your vision, priorities, styling direction, and any personal touches that matter most to you. I will be on site to oversee and support the full setup process, working closely with your venue and suppliers to ensure everything is delivered as intended.
This includes:
• Full setup supervision and coordination
• Styling and décor coordination (tables, signage, stationery, décor details)
• Floral and installation coordination
• Supplier coordination and arrival management
• Real time troubleshooting and adjustments
• Ensuring timelines are followed and the space is fully prepared

On the Day coordination ensures that everything you've carefully put in place runs seamlessly, so you can be fully present and enjoy every single moment without a second thought. Before the wedding, we'll have a dedicated Teams call to walk through your full day in detail — your timeline, supplier logistics, styling priorities, and any personal touches that matter most to you. This means I arrive on your wedding day already knowing your vision inside out, ready to bring it to life exactly as you've planned. From the first setup checks through to the final first dance, I'll be by your side behind the scenes — managing every moving part, keeping your suppliers on track, and quietly handling anything that needs attention, so you never have to.

On Site Wedding Breakdown
Ending your wedding with the same care it began with. When the celebration is over, the logistics begin, but not for you. This service ensures everything is professionally managed once your wedding concludes, so you, your family, and your guests can simply leave and enjoy the aftermath without stress.

• Return to venue post celebration for full breakdown coordination
• Supervision of all décor, furniture, and hire item removal
• Coordination of supplier collections (florists, caterers, entertainment, hire companies)
• Ensuring venue is returned to original condition
• Compliance with venue requirements and timings
• Efficient, respectful handling of all logistics and final pack down
Everything is cleared, checked, and closed down properly, nothing overlooked.
