Cotswolds focus
As a dedicated Cotswold wedding planner, my strength lies in producing fully bespoke weddings that work flawlessly for you, your guests, and your suppliers — whatever the venue, wherever in the Cotswolds your day takes place.
As a preferred planner at Kiftsgate Court Gardens, and with experience across a wide range of the region’s most sought-after venues, I bring genuine local insight to every wedding I plan. From iconic estates to lesser-known dry hire gems, if you’ve fallen in love with a Cotswolds venue, I’ve almost certainly worked there — or know exactly who has, and how to make the most of it.

About me
With a career built at the world's largest advertising agency — producing major TV campaigns and high-profile live events.
I bring a fresh, dynamic perspective to wedding planning in the Cotswolds. I don't see weddings as events. I see them as productions. Just like a television production, a Cotswold wedding is a live, one-day-only masterpiece. It takes months (sometimes years) of meticulous planning, precision timing, and seamless execution. Every detail matters — because if one element falls out of sync, the impact ripples through everything else. That's why I approach your day with creative vision, logistical rigour, and a deep understanding of how to bring the seemingly impossible to life. I don't believe in limitations. I believe in finding solutions. There's always a way.

THIS IS
my craft
Because I specialise in a small selection of unique venues, I can confidently say: this is my craft.
You wouldn’t take restaurant advice from someone who’s never eaten there—so why take wedding planning advice from someone who hasn’t worked your venue type? We only take on a handful of weddings each year so that every couple gets the time, focus, and creative attention they deserve.

Not every couple does — but most couples at blank-canvas or dry hire venues find that a planner pays for itself. Without a built-in venue coordinator, you become the contact point for every supplier and every decision throughout the planning process and on the day. A planner removes that entirely.
My fees start from £700 for on-the-day coordination and 12% of your wedding budget (minimum fee of £6,000) for full planning. Most couples find a planner saves money overall through supplier negotiation and avoiding costly mistakes.
For full planning, 18 months ahead is ideal. For on-the-day coordination, I can sometimes take bookings 3–4 months out — but popular summer dates go quickly. If you have a venue, get in touch now.
