Cotswolds Wedding Planner
NICHE.
Cotswolds Weddings is not your average wedding planning service — we are proudly niche, exclusively focused on weddings in the Cotswolds.
Whether you're planning an intimate ceremony in a converted barn, a grand celebration at a country house estate, or a relaxed garden wedding in the rolling Cotswold countryside — this is my patch, and I know it inside out. Every venue, every supplier network, every hidden gem.
As a dedicated Cotswold wedding planner, my strength lies in producing fully bespoke weddings that work flawlessly for you, your guests, and your suppliers — whatever the venue, wherever in the Cotswolds your day takes place.
As a preferred planner at Kiftsgate Court Gardens, and with experience across a wide range of the region’s most sought-after venues, I bring genuine local insight to every wedding I plan. From iconic estates to lesser-known dry hire gems, if you’ve fallen in love with a Cotswolds venue, I’ve almost certainly worked there — or know exactly who has, and how to make the most of it.
about me.
With a career built at the world's largest advertising agency — producing major TV campaigns and high-profile live events.
I bring a fresh, dynamic perspective to wedding planning in the Cotswolds. I don't see weddings as events. I see them as productions. Just like a television production, a Cotswold wedding is a live, one-day-only masterpiece. It takes months (sometimes years) of meticulous planning, precision timing, and seamless execution. Every detail matters — because if one element falls out of sync, the impact ripples through everything else. That's why I approach your day with creative vision, logistical rigour, and a deep understanding of how to bring the seemingly impossible to life. I don't believe in limitations. I believe in finding solutions. There's always a way.
Because I specialise in a small selection of unique venues, I can confidently say: this is my craft.
You wouldn’t take restaurant advice from someone who’s never eaten there—so why take wedding planning advice from someone who hasn’t worked your venue type? We only take on a handful of weddings each year so that every couple gets the time, focus, and creative attention they deserve.

What couples Are Saying
“We recently got married using Jessie as our coordinator and cannot recommend her highly enough. The wedding and reception was based in England at Kiftsgate Court Gardens, we planned the event with Jessie’s help from our home in Australia and everything ran smoothly. Jessie’s communication was excellent, she was the perfect combination of laid back enough to relax us whilst being on top of all the important elements, using her local knowledge and practical approach to suggest and deliver solutions for the big day.
— Huw and Mary Catherine, Kiftsgate Court Gardens 2025“We can’t recommend Jessie enough!! We knew we needed help planning our two-day Swedish/Hindu wedding and Jessie was the key to the whole process, making it all stress-free! Jessie handled everything from the smallest details to negotiating with suppliers. We couldn’t have done it without her!”
— Aliza and Aaran, Kiftsgate Court Gardens 2024“Wow... What can I say?? We met Jessie at our chosen venue in December 2019 and (like many couples had to rearrange our wedding day several times due to Covid restrictions) and finally had the day of our dreams in 2021. And Jessie was there for us throughout!!! She had SOLUTIONS FOR EVERYTHING... no issue is too big or too small. With changing restrictions, or blind panic - she was there for us with patience, a smile and a solution. She even put the mother-of-the-bride at ease!!!”

Not every couple does — but most couples at blank-canvas or dry hire venues find that a planner pays for itself. Without a built-in venue coordinator, you become the contact point for every supplier and every decision on the day. A planner removes that entirely.

My fees start from £700 for on-the-day coordination and 12% of your wedding budget (minimum fee of £6,000) for full planning. Most couples find a planner saves money overall through supplier negotiation and avoiding costly mistakes.

For full planning, 18 months ahead is ideal. For on-the-day coordination, I can sometimes take bookings 3–4 months out — but popular summer dates go quickly. If you have a venue, get in touch now.
