Our setup day service ensures every element of your wedding is styled and arranged exactly as you envisioned.

Before the big day, we’ll arrange a Teams call to get to know you, understand your plans, and walk through your wedding vision in detail. This conversation helps us capture your style, priorities, and any special personal touches you’d like included — ensuring we’re fully aligned before the day itself.

On the setup day, I will arrive on-site to oversee and assist with the full setup process. I will work alongside your venue and suppliers to make sure every element, from table décor and signage to floral arrangements and place settings, is positioned perfectly according to your plan. I will troubleshoot any last-minute adjustments, coordinate supplier arrivals, and manage timings to keep everything running smoothly.

Our goal is to bring your vision to life with care and precision, allowing you to focus on enjoying your day knowing every detail is handled.
