On-the-Day Management

If you’ve done the planning but want someone experienced to bring it all together—this is for you.

While you sip Prosecco, I’ll be behind the scenes making magic happen.

Set up and Breakdown support

Your wedding day should be about celebration, not logistics. Our setup and breakdown support ensures every detail of your vision comes to life seamlessly. On the set up day, we’re on-site to oversee the setup, making sure the venue, décor, and styling perfectly reflect your plans. From arranging tables to coordinating with suppliers, we take care of the details so you can relax and enjoy the moment.

When the celebration ends, we manage the breakdown process, returning the venue to its original condition and overseeing all supplier collections. Our team ensures everything is handled efficiently, respectfully, and on time.

  • Our setup day service ensures every element of your wedding is styled and arranged exactly as you envisioned.

    Before the big day, we’ll arrange a Teams call to get to know you, understand your plans, and walk through your wedding vision in detail. This conversation helps us capture your style, priorities, and any special personal touches you’d like included — ensuring we’re fully aligned before the day itself.

    On the setup day, I will arrive on-site to oversee and assist with the full setup process. I will work alongside your venue and suppliers to make sure every element, from table décor and signage to floral arrangements and place settings, is positioned perfectly according to your plan. I will troubleshoot any last-minute adjustments, coordinate supplier arrivals, and manage timings to keep everything running smoothly.

    Our goal is to bring your vision to life with care and precision, allowing you to focus on enjoying your day knowing every detail is handled.

    Typically I will be on-site from 9am - 5pm

  • When the celebration comes to a close, our breakdown service ensures everything is taken care of smoothly and efficiently. I will return to the venue to oversee the full takedown process, ensuring that all décor, furniture, and hire items are carefully packed away and the space is left exactly as it was found.

    I will work directly with all suppliers to manage collection times and logistics, from florists and hire companies to caterers and entertainment, so nothing is left behind or overlooked.

    This service allows you, your family, and your guests to fully enjoy the celebration without worrying about the next day details.

    I make sure everything is wrapped up neatly, respectfully, and in line with venue requirements.
