    • Guest admin: RSVPs, dietary needs, seating

    Wedding Management

    • Full running order for final week + day-of

    • Set-up, styling, and full on-the-day management

On-the-Day Management

You’ve planned it. I’ll run it—flawlessly.

If you’ve done the planning but want someone experienced to bring it all together—this is for you.

While you sip Prosecco, I’ll be behind the scenes making magic happen.

  • Leading up to the Day

    • One site visit (at booking or six months out)

    • Pre-wedding logistics meeting

    • Supplier handover and full contact coordination

    • Creation of tailored running order

    On the Day

    • Myself as Event Manager + one Assistant

    • Full set-up and styling oversight

    • Checking deliveries, setting tables

    • Ceremony coordination: music cues, ties, dresses

    • Supplier and guest guidance throughout

    • Management of venue turnarounds

    • Discreet issue resolution

    • Support until cake cut / first dance (typically 9–9:30pm)
