Leading up to the Day

• Pre-wedding logistics call (teams)

• Creation of tailored running order, if not done to date

On the Day

• Event Manager

• Full set-up and styling oversight

• Checking deliveries, setting tables

• Ceremony coordination: music cues, ties, dresses

• Supplier and guest guidance throughout

• Management of venue turnarounds

• Discreet issue resolution

• Support until cake cut / first dance (typically 9–9:30pm)
