• Kick-off call to review everything so far

• Sourcing of any remaining suppliers

• Venue visits

• Management of all supplier comms (new + already booked)

• Guest admin: RSVPs, dietary needs, seating

Wedding Management

• Full running order for final week + day-of

• Set-up, styling, and full on-the-day management

• Myself as Event Manager + one Assistant
